Processing & Dispatch

• In-Stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted after your order is placed and dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

If your order contains items with different processing times, it will ship together based on the longest processing time.

Shipping All orders are shipped via reliable shipping partners. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Duties & Taxes Duties and taxes are included in the price where applicable. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking A tracking link will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Glancia is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
