How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-12 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How will I know when my order has shipped?

What does it mean when an item is on backorder?
If an item is on backorder, you'll find an availability date listed on the product page and during checkout. We'll keep you informed via email about any changes to the status of backordered items in your order. Rest assured, you won't be charged for backordered items until they are ready to ship.
In the instance where a backordered item is part of your order, we may choose to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. You have the option to cancel items from your order as long as they haven't begun processing. Keep in mind that this will remove all quantities of the item from your order.
Should an item be cancelled from your order for any reason, you'll receive an email notification, and your payment method won't be charged for the cancelled item.
